Each year, many families who are eligible to receive Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) dollars fail to do so because they don’t know how to claim the credit. Tax preparers at VITA sites are trained to help taxpayers make the most of their return through all available credits.  VITA sites are available throughout Manatee County beginning February 1 - April 11, 2012.
